How to find a livein inn home caregiver?

Looking for a caregiver to live with elderly parent that knows what she is doing that would use Medicare. I don't know where to start since the family doesn't have the expertise to help and isn't able to

You can go to your Dept of Aging in your area to get more info from them.

Ask your parent's doctor.  They can probably steer you to the right place.  Call the Department of Aging in your town.  Even the United Way may be able to give you advice.

Larger cities and maybe other areas have a senior services hotline.  Also Ask around and get names of agencies and individuals in your area.  Then check them out.

Ask your doctor to recommend someone or an agency. Be sure that whoever you hire as a live-in caregiver has at least minimal medical skills, knows CPR and first aid, is certified to dispense medicine, and can be bonded. Don't hire anyone without checking out their credentials first.
