    That's 128.3°F. That's hot for humans and may be fatal.

    There's an old rhyme for metric temperatures, for what humans experience: 30 is hot. 20 is nice. 10 is cold. 0 is ice

    If you mean weather, I hope to never  experience it

    For doing the dishes, the water could be a little warmer than that

    Depends what you are referring to.  Relative to winter in the Arctic, hot.  Relative to the surface of the Sun, cold

    As this is under "Weather" I assume you are talking about comfort in air of that temperature. It is not only hot, it could be lethal.
