    Bongartz is not a dutch name, but Boo(m)gaard, Bongerd, Bongers, Bo(o)gaerd all refer to "orchard"

    I assume you mean in English and not in their original languages.

    1. Broderick:  BROAD-rick.  (as in the actor:  Matthew Broderick). 

    2. Don't know.

    3. CLOTS-bahk.  (note that in German, the CH represents a sound most English dialects have lost.  It's the CH in the Scottish English pronunciation of loch).
