i bought a used rx570 with the wrong bios installed?

previously to flashing the bios i was running onto gpu artifacts, black screens, and crashes. on occt i would reach temps of 72 and get loads of errors. now im pushing the card to 80 degrees with no errors at all, so i believe. MY QUESTION IS, if when i was downloading games while i had the wrong bios flashed onto the card. is there a chance that those games downloaded for the specific card that the wrong bios was showing. im asking because im problems with artifacting on occt are gone now but i still see weird renders on certain games.

Why not uninstall the driver and install the latest version?

No. Because games aren't made for specific BIOS versions. Most aren't even optimized for a particular architecture or vendor (Nvidia vs. AMD). You could replace your RX570 with an RTX 2080 tomorrow, and your games wouldn't care (other than running better).
