Is Carbon Induction cleaning worth it for car?

I have a 2010 Infiniti g37S 108k mikes, I bought it at 98k miles when it passed inspection from Infiniti dealer and now after a routine inspection dealer is telling me I have carbon deposits and need a $200 induction cleaning.

Is it worth it?

'If it ain't broke don't fix it.'  Carbon on the piston tops helps to seal and maintain compression. The dealer is a crook as no chemical will remove it anyway. Take the rest of your custom elsewhere and tell your friends and family.

Not worth it.  Those carbon deposit removal jobs are a scam.  Give your car an "Italian tune up".  That is all it needs.
