How long will it take to going 20 lbs of muscle if I workout 5 days a week?

About a year if you are a guy and follow a good routine and eat a proper diet.
About 4 years if you are a woman and follow a good routine and eat a proper diet. That's all assuming you are new to lifting. A guy can gain 20 pounds the first year. A woman about 10. Each year after that you can gain half that. So for a guy its 20 pounds the first year, 10 pounds the second, 5 pounds the third etc. The longer you have been lifting the longer it takes to add an additional 20 pounds.
