What's the difference between 4 GB and 8 GB?

    It is the memory size. A 4GB chip can tore 4*10^9 bit information and 8 GB can store 8*10^9 information.

    A B represents a Byte of information.  So an 8GB memory can store twice as much information as 4GB.  Every other property depends on other aspects of design.
