I created a web server using Apache and added PHP, MySQL. I am making a site to upload to the web server. I'm also creating a web client. ?

How do I access the server from the web client? The Apache server can be reached locally from localhost.

The web server's address is the ip address of whatever computer you have installed it on.  To make it available outside of your local network you need to setup your router\firewall to make it accessible to others under your router's ip assuming your ISP doesn't block web server hosting (very common).  Access it in a web browser it would be http://your.ip.address.

You choose a host that offers Apache and allows PHP and MySQL. Not all do that. As to accessing the site, it will depend on the host but the most common are FTP and HTTP.
