Since tungsten has such a high melting point, why can't they send a solar powered tungsten drone with an HD camera to Venus and Saturn moons?

    Because solar panels and cameras are not made from pure tungsten.

    Humans have sent probes to Venus and to Saturn's moons.  Look it up.

    They could make the *casing* out of Tungsten, but you still need to place microelectronics inside - and, keeping the 900 degree heat from invading your spaceprobe is going to be very difficult.  While the casing would last a while, the insides will have been damaged, probably within a few hours, by the searing heat of Venus. 

    On Saturn's moons, the opposite problem occurs - it's the severe cold... The ESA probe Huygens survived for awhile on Titan; Titan has the thickest atmosphere of any moon in the solar system - thicker than Earth's, even - but it's cold enough there that methane is a liquid.  The other moons don't have any, or as much, atmosphere, and are actually *easier* for a probe to contend with... Titan has slight winds and pressure that can channel heat away from the skin of a space probe - but, those moons with *no* atmosphere may permit a probe to last longer, as heat is retained longer before it's radiated away.  The major drawback here is that you can drop a probe with a parachute onto Titan, but the other moons will require powered descent.

    Well, they can not make all the parts needed out of tungsten. Especially if they need electricity.

    Venus is not hot enough to melt most of the materials used in a space probe.  The issue is probably more to do with reactivity and thermal expansion.
