slant asymptote?

Using long division, you can calculate that

f(x)=2x^(3)−16x^(2)+7x−39/2x2+5=Q(x)+(R(x)/2x^(2)+5)

The quotient Q(x) is _____

 .

The remainder R(x) is _________

 .

From this you can conclude that y=f(x) has an oblique (or slant) asymptote given by the line with equation y = _________

?

 because limx→±∞R(x)/2x^(2)+5=________

    I think you should get x - 8 And 2x + 1....then y = x - 2 & 0
