I've never heard the term "macaroni western"... I have heard of "spaghetti western", though, and it pertains to the fact many western-style cowboy movies were made in the wake of director Sergio Leone's style. The fact that Bruce Lee movies were not westerns would suggest that his films are not a part of this, but you can argue the filming style. Bruce Lee the man was in no way, shape, or form a macaroni western himself.

EDIT: I looked up the term "macaroni western", and it is the same thing, but a term predominantly used in Japan. Thanks for teaching me something new!
