Seniors what would you recommend for swelling legs at in your 60s?

Sit down and use a stool or another chair so that you can sit with your legs slightly higher than your body. If you have a reclining chair that would be even better.

Seeing a Dr and getting checked for kidney problems or maybe congestive heart failure

Two things that seem beneficial to me is drinking more, or at least preventing dehydration, and exercise, typically walking more.
