Lazy eye surgery?

Hello,

I had lazy eyes from a young age and constantly struggled in school, had poor sports performance, social abilities, and had dyslexia. My left eye use to drift outward intermittently. I had strabismus surgery when I was in 13 years old and it fixed my appearance but not all other problems described above.

I want to fix my other problems but I feel like the symptoms got worst post surgery. I heard lazy eyes can be fixed without surgery which fixes all other problems as well. Is it possible to fix my problems although I had strabismus surgery already?

Thank you for reading.

Update:

Lastly, if nothing can be done, is it possible to do another surgery to reverse the strabismus surgery? Then, I may be able to fix my lazy eye naturally and all other symptoms.
