I'm an 18 year old 5' 5 male. Is it possible for me to grow up to at least 5'7 or 5'8?

Man.  You're an 18 year old man. It's uncommon for men to grow that much after 18, but it's possible.

I didn’t reach my full height until I was 23 years old, so you could grow some more.  Eat good healthy food, get plenty of exercise and at least 8 hours of sleep a night.

    Possible but not very likely.

may be. it depends on if the growth plates in your femur are open or closed (that is where ht comes from). 3 inches at 18 may be a stretch, but you never know.

It's possible. How tall are your parents? When my nephew graduated from high school, he was the shortest boy in his class. He joined the Navy. Two years later, when he came home, he was 6'2".

That's not common, but I've heard of men growing a couple of inches like that. Growing more than a couple if inches after 18 would be rare..
