COVID19 , Is nausea and dizziness a symptom of COVID19?

    They can be, but in most cases those symptoms are due to something else. If you do not have a fever or breathing issues, then it is probably something else.

    nausea

    severe diarrhea. 

    The virus never attacks digestive tract

    Not necessarily it can also be a symptom of dehydration too! If you're dehydrated this can happen too!  Hope This Helped!
