The Jews were God's chosen people. Chosen to be the people through whom the Messiah, the Savior of humanity. would come into the world.

Point: the question asks about culture, not people.

    Persians

    Arabs

    Jews

Jews didn't contribute much to world's history as much as the other 2

The Persians have the advantage of centuries of what we might call "high culture"

which neither the Arabs nor Israelites seemed to possess in the most ancient times

(that is to say: in the period of the Persian Empire itself).

Note: I could be wrong about that...

In any case, we have centuries of "high culture" from the Persians at the same time that the Israelites were subject to Persian rule and the Arabs consisted of small (*relatively* primitive) tribal kingdoms or also subject to Persian rule.

Example: Muslim architecture? A modern misidentification. It was invented by the Persians before Islam existed, before Arabs had conquered territory beyond the Arabian Peninsula.

We see this Persian influence of Israelite culture linguistically in the Bible.

Now: we can't exclude the cultural influence of the Israelites, which (through their religious texts, through Christianity and other carriers) has probably influenced the World philosophically, legally and morally (and perhaps also literature-wise, though I doubt that) more than almost any other single culture.

But the Persian cultural influence is

    - competitive at least to some degree on those same grounds

    - much more influential in several other areas, such as science, architecture, basically all forms of art other than literature (weaving, for an obvious example), etc.

The PERSIAN has a sweet roll named after it. The ARABIAN is a HORSE The JEW has JEWELRY.  I'd rather eat a sweet roll than a horse or a diamond necklace.

                                  How about you?

Jews. They are the original Abrahamic religion and understand the old testament in depth. Even Jesus was a faithful Jew according to historians.

They are indeed "are the original Abrahamic religion"
But they stole the one-god concept from the Persians.

Oh, and they wrote "the old testament"
