return one of my lids is damage what do i do.?

    If I am understanding the question, you received a new laptop that was damaged.

    Contact whoever you purchased the laptop from and let them know.  They should either replace it, repair it, or refund you your money.  Or they will help you file a claim against the shipper if they were the ones who broke it.

    None of us can help you.  You have to contact whoever you purchase the laptop from for help.

    Return it to the seller and ask for a replacement, repayment, or credit for the same amount.
