What does the # 10 mean on the head of a small hex head flange screw ?

This particular screw attaches the clutch plate to the splined shaft of the air conditioning compressor of a 2010 Nissan Murano.

    It should be 10.9. It's tensile strength.

      Yes, it could very well be a ISO class number.  However, there is only a 10, completely covering the small head of the screw, not a 10.9.

      I wasn't able to find any information regarding such notation.
