I have only C drive in my computer.When I want to get partitions from C drive,the available shrink volume is shown 0.What should I do?

    you need the help of a technician. when available space = 0 it likely means there is a hidden drive used by system backup or windows reinstall. technician can check this and advise you of options, including replacing with bigger drive
