Is it true that drinking water makes your skin more clearer?

    You mean either more clear or clearer. 

    Also, yes, to some extent drinking plenty of water can help to clear your skin. Drinking plenty of fluid means you urinate more, and this helps to flush any toxins out of your system which can otherwise cause problems. 

    It can also prevent the skin from sagging due to dehydration.

    When you drink more you pee more. When you pee more frequently you Remove toxins from your body more frequently & removing toxins from body Could make your skin clearer

    No, and your sentence would read correctly if it ended: 'make you skin more clear.'

    'More clearer' is illiterate.

    Just clearer. The -er on the end takes the place of "more" in this language.
