I’ve been getting rejected a lot from Drama school to just random auditions. Do you have any advice on motivation to carry on self taping?

Rejection is a huge part of every actor's life. You just have to accept that this is what happens to almost all actors, every single week.
Have you had enough training? On average, an actor needs about seven years of top quality training before they'd expect to get signed by an agent and get any real auditions.
When a single professional role is being cast, you can reckon on maybe 5,000 actors being interested and applying. That means that ultimately, 4,999 actors are rejected and disappointed.
But why are you self-taping? Why would you need to do that? Unless a casting director has actually told you what to tape and invited you to submit it, there's very little point in doing that.
