Push ups are a healthy excercise?

I know it wouldn’t do much just by itself but say if I started doing 100 push ups a day as well as the gym would that be good for your health in terms of raising testosterone or creating discipline and strength?

    Make it 50 push-ups and 50 sit-ups and as well as peaking your T levels and gaining strength and discipline, you'll also tone your abs as well as your upper body.

    Yes, push ups will give you the same benefit as bench presses, just with lighter weight.
