Yesterday my AT&T internet, TV and phone dropped out for an hour and a half. It came back but my WiFi still won't connect. Should I call?

    Reboot your modem.

    Perhaps there was a power outage around your area.

    Did you try unplugging your cable modem and then turning it back on. Sometimes it needs a reboot to get it running again. 

    If that doesn’t work, call.

    No. Don't bother.  Just keep paying for a service that you're not receiving.
