Is this sentence correct:

"The MORE STILL you stay, the quicker your injury will heal."

    It's just a little awkward.  Instead say:  The less you move, the quicker your injury will heal.

    Um.....' sorry, it really is pretty awful. No living human remains still. Even breathing requires motion. Perhaps you might say, "The less you move, the quicker your injury will heal."

    remain, not stay, like: "..still you remain..."

    Better: 

    "If you remain still, your injury will heal faster."

    or...

    "Your injury will heal faster if you remain still."
