Do Jehovah's Witnesses knock on people's doors on Christmas Day?

    Yes, especially on the holidays. People are at home. :) The good news has to be preached. (Matthew 24:14)

    That has been known, but only in the morning - before lunch-time! I don't think it's done so much these days. But about 35 years ago, there was a local coalman who was a JW, who did his rounds with 2 other JW men, delivering sacks of coal to customers one 25th December morning. This involved a lot of carrying sacks up 3 or 4 flights of stairs, and one customer felt so sorry for how knackered they were, he gave them all shots of whisky! That revitalised them no end!

    I'm sure their leaders forbid it. Can you imagine how many JWs would leave their church if they were invited into a large Italian Catholic home?  Mama mia!
