Bought an electric bike, what accessories are must buys?

I guess helmet is required but what else? Is a mirror a must? What else?

The bike only comes with a headlight.

    INSURANCE = theft and accident. (home owners, renters, auto insurance. Will cover both) 

    !!! Kickstand !!! 

    If bike has a plate at bottom bracket = Pletcher double leg Kickstand 

    (Bike locks, preferred with anti-theft warranty) 

    Kryptonite fahgettaboudit locks.

    ABUS bordo granit. 

    Masterlock streetcuffs.

    (LIGHTS, good quality manufacturer, good warranty. Prefer lifetime warranty) front and rear. A 2nd light is a must. 

    Niterider lumina. 

    Blackburn local 20. 

    Serfas thunderbolt. 

    Serfas seatstay.

    A mirror may not be legally required but for one's own safety you should have one.  You also want some type of speedometer because most places have speed restrictions on e bikes.  I'd even go as far as suggesting carrying a spare battery.

    I never ride outside easy walking range w/o a flat-fixing kit. Tube, tire levers and a pump.

    And you’ll need a (floor) pump at home. Preferably one with a pressure gauge. Expect to need to top up weekly.

    If you ever ride at night or predawn conditions, a taillight is a MUST!  Reflectors DON'T work.  Here's why...  

    The best mirror I've found attaches to your helmet.  Doesn't shake or come loose either.  5 Year No-Fault Warranty!  

    Naturally...a water bottle cage & bottle.  Always stay hydrated.  Last...if you think you'll want to try a cycling jersey, this'll get you SEEN.
