    I could think of two from the 90's..

    John de Wolf ( Wolves )

    Darren Peacock ( Newcastle )

    Oh and Bristol Rovers have a Defender named Josh Hare

    so thats three I could come up with.

    Clubs are easier,  i.e Palace are known as 'The Eagles' or something.

    Leicester City are the Foxes,  Derby County are The Rams.

    as for palyers I could only come up with 3.
