    Eggplant!

There will be a long and gigantic eggplant shrined in a violet temple topped with a green dome.

Bacon lots and lots of BACON! A 40 or 50 foot tall solid gold anthropomorphic pig holding up a fork with a crispy piece of bacon skewered through it, while wearing a chef's hat. And every time people drove by it, It would make a pig squealing sound.
