In The UK, is it better to go to stores late or early during lockdown ? I don't like the atmosphere of crowds?

I'll be shopping in Tesco, but i'm not sure what the best time to go is ? Would 6am or 7:30pm be best ? I'm more concerned about the crowds than the shelves of food as i eat pretty much anything lol

I do most of my shopping at Lidl or Sainsbury's I have found that around 6:30 to 7 p.m. has the smallest crowds. Lidl opens at 8 a.m. rather than 6 but that too was a ghost town, I got what I needed and was out in 10 minutes.

Check the opening times - most don't open that early, and many restrict the earliest times of day for specific groups (eg NHS workers, elderly / disabled etc).
