How come the same insulin vial that costs $2 in India can cost upto $300 in USA?

    Because the American health system is a piece of **** and totally broken. The only thing that matters in the US is rich people's money.

    Probably because the average monthly salary in India is around $423, while in America it's roughly $3,800.
