How long should I train for a week as I'm 13?

    You can train 5 days a week if you do it right.

    depends on your goals. are you running, lifting weights ,etc?

    Let's just assume this is in a bad category since Fantasy Sports doesn't require training.

    How long and how you train depends on what your goals are.  Are you a runner?  A soccer player?  I wrestler?  Looking to make a competitive team or event or just be healthy?
