Liberalism is a reaction to a vein of stupidity in the capitalistic Christian colonialism of the past. It seeks a redistribution of wealth to all the lowly wanderers in the world.

It has a goal in mind of diversity and equalisation of people. We are all people. Our differences are like the clothes we wear. But essentially we live in the same world.

Conservatism is a counter reaction to liberalism by capitalistic Christian colonialism’s descendants of the present day. They seek to hold on to a life which excludes people not like them.

Muslims can be bad as well.  We can see they have wroth their own colonialism in countries like Indonesia and in Africa. Where it is a struggle to live free.

There are colonialisms all about in various places. Anywhere where freedom is frowned upon.

The original definition of classical liberalism was the theory that government should strive to provide equality of opportunity (not outcome) to everyone. It speaks volumes that conservatives have always opposed that.

A conservative is someone who believes in low spending and low borrowing. There are close to zero conservatives in the entire nation of America, since Republicans have their hands out for $1 trillion a year of their bills to be paid by the grandchildren. Republicans HATE conservative values, like low borrowing.

As per political science, a liberal is one who leans more towards liberating sovereign power unto the many or all, while a conservative is one who leans more towards conserving sovereign power unto the few or one.

In America, for example, you see this manifested between the liberal Democratic Party and the conservative Republican Party when the liberal Democratic Party advocated that States, the many, had sovereignty and thus were not obliged to remain in the Republic after their citizenry had voted in favor of secession, whereas the Republican Party (then known as the Party of Lincoln) advocated that the Republic, the one, held sovereignty over the States, the many, such that the Republic had authority to order that States' membership in the Republic was not voluntary but mandatory on pain of war, meaning the Republic would militarily force States to remain in the Republic rather than secede at will into separate nation-states or into a confederacy of those separate nation-states.  This is the nascence of the liberal-Democratic and conservative-Republican divide in America, Democrats advocating democratically liberating sovereign power to the plural States (the many), Republicans advocating conserving sovereign power to the singular Republic (the one).
