I am trying to find the metric size and thread pitch for a Subaru Robin EX17 oil drain plug.?

    Should be able to find that on you favorite auto parts store website. Common replacement item and many cars use a similar diameter and threads per inch drain plug.

    Just go to a small engine store and BUY the plug for your engine.  They come in standard sizes and most drain plugs will work on other engines.  If they do not have it, they can ORDER one for you.

    You guys need to GO OUT and get out of the computer for a while.

    Then call the Subaru parts department with your VIN. The drain plugs are probably under $20. Get some drain plug gaskets while there.

    Section 5-3, page 15.  The plug is M14×12mm.  There are only a few thread pitches to look at, namely 1 , 1.25 , or 1.5.  Remember to include an appropriate o-ring with your replacement.
