    Yes, you can get sued.

I have my own website that I made, and I didn't use wix, or any other website builder. I never took someone else's work, and called it my own

If you get sued well you can't say nobody never told you what you are doing is wrong.

i dont think i will get a response back....things like that will most likely take a long time.....its from a tv show....copying their catch phrase....insert a logo....and a gif.....all on my website just for self indulgence.

If you are the asker, you should update your question so we know it's you.  If you address the letter properly -- to the legal department -- you will probably get an answer.

If you are trying to associate your site with a TV show by using their logo you could be in violation of the DMCA and could receive a takedown order.
