    Flip it over and see if it has a penis.  Then it would be MALE & UNFORTUNATELY not dipped in chocolate. So much information is missing...we need to know the location(latitude, longitude, height above sea level, time of year, type of neighborhood you found it in(the type of forests common to your area, etc.  It does not have wings so obviously it came from somewhere close by like the garbage can?

    . Try looking in an Insect book. Not Y.A. because we are jerks sometimes...after a few beers.

    Maybe another stink bug or a foreign invader from Asia, like the Emerald Ash Borer.
