Am I a UK national?

I have lived in the Uk for around 7 years, I wasn't born here.

Not automatically. If you had gone through the procedures to become one, you'd remember that, so if you don't remember going through the procedures to become one, then you're not one.

You will need to ask your parents that question.  Being born here has nothing to do with it.  If one of your parents holds a UK passport, you are a UK national.
