Why doesn't London have good Mexican food?

    It does (there are both chains and independents) - but Mexico isn't a neighbouring / nearby country, so Mexican restaurants aren't as prevalent as, for example, European restaurants.

      Mexico is an ocean away from London and more of their immigrants come from north Africa.
