Can you have a face tattoo in the Army?

Currently, you cannot have a face tattoo in the U.S. Army. But policy may change in the future; the Army had just relaxed its tattoo policy recently.
"You can NOT have tattoos on your wrists / hands, neck, or face."

As NavyCrab said, not at this time but hold on as rules keep changing.

Unless they have changed the rules tattoos must not be visible.

Which army are you referring to?
There's more than one country on planet Earth, consequently different regulations,
and logically what they allow / don't. Have you tried asking a LOCAL army recruiter?
