Awakening and enlightenment are pretty much the same thing. Growth is the ongoing development of faith following awakening/enlightenment.

Spiritual Awakening - By means of his Word and holy spirit, Jehovah helps us to discern his will, to do it, and to change our life to the extent necessary in order to meet his requirements. Our efforts should include such activities as daily Bible reading, meditation on the Scriptures, and prayer for holy spirit.
Spiritual Enlightenment - The early Christians kept in step with the spiritual enlightenment provided through divinely inspired letters.
Spiritual Growth - Paul’s words make an important point about spiritual growth. Christians need to progress from being spiritual babes to being those “full-grown in powers of understanding.” (1 Corinthians 14:20) They should reach out and seek to attain “the measure of stature that belongs to the fullness of the Christ.” Then they will not be “babes, tossed about as by waves and carried hither and thither by every wind of teaching.” Ephesians 4:13, 14.Source(s): jw.org

Spiritual awakening would be waking up to the fact that there is a spirit that needs attention.
Spiritual Enlightenment, would be the awareness of many different paths and tools at your disposal to help and give direction to the spirit.
Spiritual Growth is choosing a direction and learning, as well as practicing what you learn to nourish the spirit.
As a final note, the spirit is just your emotional well being. If you notice you are feeling better as a result of learning and practicing certain things, then you are growing spiritually. If you feel like you are headed into a dark pit, you are depriving the spirit, not feeding it what it needs. A lifted spirit will cause you to prosper, a down in the dumps spirit will make you feel like not getting out of bed and an attitude of why even try.
