Astra GTC 2007?

I found this port under where my handbrake is located. Would this be a connection to the radio?

    That's the diagnostic port for the engine &c. management computer

    That's not the right shape for a DLC connector to read OBD II codes. I doubt it has anything to do with a radio. It's likely the port for a module that isn't a feature in your particular trim package. I would't tap into any of the wires for power as any B+ may be coming out of the PCM and mess up how your vehicle shifts or how the motor runs.

    Yep. Port to connect fault code reader. Funny place to put it.
