Are humans considered an apex predator ?

No. Our ancestors were (probably) leopard food. Also making us not be apex predators is that we continue to eat plenty of vegetation and fruits. We're unique in that we can kill lions, tigers, and grizzlies (oh my!) -- so a term has been coined that applies to us uniquely: "superpredator."

Yes, in most of the world, they are.

Yes. We hunt practically all species of animals, including the largest whales and elephants, and we are not eaten often by other predators. Some humans may be eaten by man-eating tigers and lions but the number is very low compared to how many lions and tigers we kill.
