Agreeing with @nineteenthly: "Musica omnia vincit'.

YOu can play around with the word order in Latin in a way you can't in English, so you can say 'Musica vincit omnia' or 'Omnia vincit musica' or 'Vincit musica omnia'.

Note, 'omnia' is neuter plural, meaning 'all things'.
