I told my family I feel sad and none of them care. They just shrug their shoulders. Why?

That's really sad. I invite you to watch an interesting 2-minute video: From Sad to Glad and see what you can do if you are overwhelmed with sadness.

Tough love. Stop being such a snowflake they probably don't care because you aren't in mortal danger or anything remotely close to it.

Because nobody wants to be around a whiny little dweeb. Go find something to do with yourself.

They may not know how to respond or what it would take to remedy your source of sadness. Do you know why you feel this way?

Something I often recommend is a combination of vitamin D tablets and St. John's wort.

Take only one of each per day for two weeks. There's a fairly good chance the mixture will make you feel a whole lot better.

Note: Only take one of each per day, more is not better.

They're available from your local pharmacy or supermarket without prescription.

If this works, then you may need to take them for the rest of your life, but it's worth it.

Important: read the instructions on the St. John's wort bottle. There are many prescription medications which will conflict with or create unpleasant side effects.
