    Let ϵ be a small positive number, near but not equal to 0

    A = 10.5 - ϵ,  so round(A) = 10 and h = 3.5, so round(h) = 4.

    A = bh/2, so h = 2A/b = 2(10.5-ϵ) / 3.5 = 6 - 4ϵ/7

    again ϵ is positive and very nearly 0, so A < 6 (the boundary / limit is 6)
