    If you did not file a tax return for 2018 or 2019, your Social Security direct deposit routing will be used for your stimulus payment.  Otherwise, your tax return information will be used (which may end up with a paper check if you did not provide direct deposit routing there).  The IRS claims (!) they are working on an online site to input your direct deposit routing.

    NO! If you haven't paid income taxes for the past two years, you don't get a stimulus check.
