Can a planet be entirely made of iron?

If so how? 

I’m not talking Mercury like. I mean entirely iron or at least 95% iron.

    Well... it *could* be, but that means you'd have to have nothing but iron in the materials the planet was formed from - and, that is extremely unlikely.
