I am the queen of making laundry unnecessarily complicated according to my other half, but I've very sensitive skin and can't stand strong perfumes in my defense!  Are you ready?  Most things that touch my bare skin get washed with sonett, a German eco brand. I've recently switched away from ecover because I don't think it rinses well.  If the linens are sweaty I add washing soda to the load and that gets rid of body oils.  Occasionally I use oxi bleach or other specific stain removers.  Sportswear is another story.  Those synthetic fibres can develop a nasty funk, especially fleeces, so for them I use halo sports wash.  It works really well at destinking gear, but I think the scent is a bit to strong for me (everyone else thinks it's mild), so I need to air those things outside before putting them away.  I use euclan for woolens because it contains lanolin and currently a co-op own brand for silks (much less scented than woolite) but when the bottle finishes I think I will use sonett for that too.

None. Mrs. Gubbins looks after the laundry, like a good wife should.
