How would I calculate how many calories I need to eat a day?
I weigh 194 lbs, am 16 years old, Male, and 5 foot 9 inches.
I burn around 300 calories a day and for the rest of the day I’m sedentary.
I want to make sure I calculated this right but would I need to eat 2100 calories a day to reach 150 lbs in about a year (April 6th, 2021)?

As I look at 194 kilograms, I am 15 years of age, Men's, and even 5 shoes 9 in. As I use up available 299 consumption of calories 24 hours and even designed for all of those other afternoons I’m non-active. I must be sure that As I assessed it best though would most likely want to have 2100 consumption of calories 24 hours to arrive 160 kilograms on a couple of 365 days.
