My entire body occasionally goes numb?

Sometimes, on random occasions, my entire body will not go completely numb but the feeling of pain or touch will be suppressed, and usually it starts with me becoming hyperaware of my tongue. It's been happening for 2 days now and it has started every time I have eaten or drank something very cold, like ice cream. My head also just feels the tiniest little bit tight, like a headache but with no pain. If anyone could give me any clue as to what's happening with me that would be great, thanks.

Hi. Chinese physicians have advised against taking cold drinks.

So avoid cold drinks and ice cream and you should feel fine.

Usually, people can get headache and numbness in tongue after cold drinks, but yours is more "extreme".

If you keep getting numb even after stopping cold drinks , then see a doctor.

it has to do with your nervous system and how the body reacts to cold temperatures.

    Do take care.
