There are so many little viruses out there that they can't agree on a convention site to discuss the issue.

I thought Commander Bone Spurs announced the date.

There's no "planned date",  but here they seem to think it will peak in about 10 days.  No-one can say for sure, it's just educated guesswork.

There is no date but if everyone self isolates it wont take that long as the virus can not spread

No one can answer this right now. It hasn't peaked yet--and it may not for a long time, or it may sooner than we think if we stick to our social distancing guidelines. It's just an unknown yet.

We don't know. Many people are still out in groups like idiots instead of staying home like they should be.

Because we do not have a national lock down it is going to rise and peak in different states at different times. New York City seems to be past the peak, South Dakota has not yet come to it.

Unfortunately, NY is not expected to reach their peak until 4/8/2020 according to the worldometer (which I think is considered the hospital forecasting tool of choice).  SD is supposed to peak on April 25 but is never supposed to have a shortage of beds or ICU equipment.
